High Protein Vegan Chocolate Snack Bites
Healthy Vegan Gluten-Free Chocolate Fudge Bites
Ingredients
Wet
- 2 large extra ripe mashed bananas or 1 cup applesauce
- 1/2 cup organic nut or seed butter of your choice
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
Dry
- 1 cup oat flour or rolled oats blended into a powder
- 1/4 cup organic cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup chocolate protein powder
- 1/4 cup Chopped nuts/seeds or sugar-free chocolate chips to sprinkle on top
Instructions
- Mash the bananas/applesauce, nut butter and syrup together, then mix well until fluffy.
- Add the flour and powders using a flour sifter to remove the clumps.
- Mix well.
NO BAKE OPTION:
- Roll into balls and coat with chopped nuts, seeds or cocoa powder.
BAKE OPTION:
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
- Press into a medium square, rectangular or round baking pan coated with oil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, until firm.
- Sprinkle chopped nuts/seeds/chips on top.
- Let cool then cut into squares.
- Store in the refrigerator/freezer.
