Hubby’s Fav No Bake Cookie Dough Bites
These irresistible no-bake cookie dough bites from will instantly satisfy your sweet tooth and protein cravings. The best part: they only contain four healthy vegan, gluten-free ingredients and take only 5 minutes to make! My husband loves snacking on them at night when his swet tooth kicks in.
Ingredients
1 cup oat flour, ½ cup peanut butter, ¼ cup maple syrup, ¼ cup mini dark chocolate chips and dark chocolate syrup or melted chocolate for the drizzle. Use sugar-free chocolate chips for a sugar-free version. If you have a sensitivity to oats, feel free to use millet or almond flour.
Directions
Combine all of the ingredients except for the syrup and mix together.
Shape into 2-inch balls.
Drizzle liquid chocolate on top.
Makes 12 bites. Refrigerate in a well-sealed container.
