Extra Crispy Roasted Brussels Sprouts

I get so many compliments when I bring my roasted Brussels sprouts to potlucks, with the univariable additional comment, “I don’t usually like Brussels sprouts!” The secret to making these cruciferous, slightly bitter greens easily edible is to bake off the bitter notes and make the outer leaves extra crispy. Follow the instructions below to make this healthy, easy gluten-free recipe.
