Crazy Delish Chocolate Protein Pudding—Gluten, Dairy, Sugar & Soy-Free
This no bake chocolate protein pudding made with four ingredients is so crazy delicious that you’ll kick yourself that you haven’t thought of making it already. The other surprising fact is that it’s sugar-free, soy-free, dairy-free and gluten-free. No, it’s not a hoax. It’s my new hands-down favorite guilt-free snack recipe that my husband can’t stop eating. For those with nut allergies, you can easily swap the peanut butter for sunflower seed or another type of nut-free butter.
To make this very simple recipe, simply blend all of the ingredients together in a Cuisinart or blender for 2-3 minutes. Stop after 1 minute and scrape the side with a spatula, then continue blending for another minutes or two. Scoop and serve with nuts and/or cut fruit if desired.
Store in an air-tight glass container in the refrigerator. The pudding can also be frozen for up to three months.

Other options include oat or coconut milk, although most oat milk brands contain added sugar, and coconut milk contains a lot of saturated fat.
