This casual restaurant with a water view specializes in very affordable, artisanal four-course dinners served four days a week. The prix fix menu changes seasonally–its winter menu includes lots of root vegetables like celeriac and parsnips. Some examples of its menu are rye bread with mung beans, roasted kohlrabi and rutabaga kimchi, mushroom pickled beech mushroom with roasted leek, and, for dessert, apple purée with coffee crumble and Jerusalem artichoke semifreddo.
